Veteran Silicon Valley IP Litigator Megan Whyman Olesek Joins Turner Boyd

Turner Boyd is excited to announce that Megan Whyman Olesek has joined the firm. With more than two decades of experience, Megan’s background as a trial attorney strengthens Turner Boyd’s intellectual property litigation practice. Megan has represented technology companies in U.S. District Courts around the country and before the U.S. International Trade Commission. Her experience includes actions involving patent, trademark and copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, complex business disputes, appeals and pre-litigation negotiations.Megan was recognized as a California “IP Star” by Managing Intellectual Property (2014, 2016 and 2017), honored in the inaugural edition of Managing Intellectual Property’s “IP Stars – Top 250 Women in IP” (2013), and named among The Best Lawyers in the Bay Area” in patent litigation by Bay Area Lawyer Magazine in 2005 and 2006.
