Turner Boyd Announces New Partner Keeley Vega

Turner Boyd is thrilled to announce that it has elevated Keeley Vega to Partner effective February 1, 2019. Since joining the firm in the middle of 2015, Keeley has been integral to a number of the firm’s successes. She was a key member of the trial team that secured our client Reardon’s ownership of its cutting edge MOVA motion capture technology. She almost single-handedly secured a general exclusion order at the ITC for our client Simple Wishes against a number of knockoff product vendors. Most recently, she helped secure a summary judgment of invalidity for Truven Health Analytics, and continues to represent Truven in the appeal. Keeley brings the partnership a wealth of legal and technical expertise developed over a decade in practice, with a special focus on representing Life Sciences clients in District Court trials, federal appeals, and ITC and PTAB proceedings.Read Keeley’s bio here.
