Jennifer represents her clients in all aspects of litigation, and has obtained successful results at the dispositive motion stage and at trial. She has also negotiated several high-level, multi-million dollar settlements, both pre- and post- complaint filing.

Jennifer’s clients range from individual inventors and creators to Fortune 100 companies.
