Turner Boyd partner Jennifer Seraphine took place in a panel discussion entitled Storytelling in IP Litigation - How to Talk to Judges and Juries in Tech Trials on February 23, 2017, at the United States District Court in San Francisco, CA. The panel, which was hosted by The Northern District of California Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, addressed how to break down complex IP cases for juries. Also featured on the panel were U.S. District Judge James Donato, Magistrate Judge Elizabeth Laporte, Magistrate Judge Laurel Beeler, Marc Lewis (Lewis & Llewellyn LLP), and Robert Van Nest (Keker, Van Nest & Peters).
