Keeley Vega’s practice focuses on complex patent litigation and counseling. Keeley has represented plaintiffs and defendants in patent cases spanning a wide range of technologies, including medical devices, biotechnology, computer software and hardware, semiconductor design and manufacture, thermal inkjet cartridges, and e-commerce methods and systems. Keeley is skilled and experienced in all major aspects of patent litigation, including pre-filing investigations, fact and expert discovery, claim construction, summary judgment, trial preparation, trial, and post-trial proceedings. In 2022, Keeley was named to the Daily Journal Top 40 Under 40 list, which honors the top young professionals in the California legal market.

Keeley graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School, where she served as the President of the Intellectual Property Students Association and was the Technology Editor for The Michigan Journal of Race & Law.

Prior to joining Turner Boyd Seraphine, Keeley was an associate with Fish & Richardson.

Keeley currently serves as the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion coordinator and is also an Adjunct Professor at Santa Clara University School of Law, where she teaches Critical Lawyering Skills to 1L students.
